2. The app

The app processes your name – from your Apple ID or typed by you – and what you enter in a group, photos of receipts included. This is stored on your iPhone and, so that everyone in the group sees the same, encrypted in iCloud. There Apple sees only when how much was filed by which iCloud account, never the content. So that your groups are back on a new iPhone, your iCloud Keychain also remembers them.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Apple (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland) processes the data under its own privacy policy. The app uses the camera and your photos only when you attach a receipt; iOS asks you first.

3. Who can read along

Whoever has a group's invitation link is a member and sees everything in it. Pass it on only to people who belong.

4. How long

For as long as the group exists. When the admin dissolves it, it disappears from iCloud and from the members' iPhones.

5. This website

Vercel Inc. (USA) delivers the pages and processes IP address, time and page requested (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, secure operation); processing in the USA is possible. The site sets no cookies, loads nothing from other providers and counts no visitors.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we can neither read entries nor attribute them to a person, a request can only cover a whole group and needs its invitation link. We then dissolve it for you and remove what is left in iCloud.
